Through the guidance of the therapist, children can effectively communicate their thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal manner. Art therapy offers a collaborative and supportive environment where children can develop coping mechanisms, enhance self-awareness, and gain insight into their emotional landscapes. It is a transformative journey where creativity becomes a catalyst for healing and personal growth. Art Therapy serves as a specialised avenue for children and young individuals to explore and process their emotions through creative expression. Sessions which typically last 50 minutes, are facilitated by an experienced art therapist who has worked in community centres and schools.
